  • Franchise onboarding and retail outlet coordination
  • Handling and supporting existing franchise partners
  • Assisting in new franchise / distributor outlet openings
  • Business generation and local market development
  • Field activities including market visits, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Hiring, training, and leading Care Givers
  • Coordinating between franchise, distributors, care givers, and company team

  • Hospital & Diagnostic center tie-ups
  • Doctor associations and referral coordination
  • Health service provider onboarding (nurses, caregivers, etc.)
  • Achieving assigned targets and conversions
  • Regular field activities and market visits
Eligibility & Skills
  • Minimum Graduate with 1 year experience (Healthcare/Field Sales preferred)
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Vehicle: Two-wheeler mandatory
Salary & Benefits
  • Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 (Net)
