- •Franchise onboarding and retail outlet coordination
- •Handling and supporting existing franchise partners
- •Assisting in new franchise / distributor outlet openings
- •Business generation and local market development
- •Field activities including market visits, meetings, and follow-ups

- •Coordinating between franchise, distributors, care givers, and company team

- •Achieving assigned targets and conversions
- •Regular field activities and market visits

- •Minimum Graduate with 1 year experience (Healthcare/Field Sales preferred)
- •Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- •Vehicle: Two-wheeler mandatory
